    Fast Arrival - An approach of quickly jumping to game to deny extra
    values which might invite slam.  Thus, a fast arrival player makes
    intermediate-level forcing calls to show extra values to suggest slam
    exploration.  Signoff examples of a fast arrival include:

        | 4S typically shows 5+
        Spades & weak hand | 4H shows an opening hand
 | Opener's 1D-2H reverse
        shows 17-21 points |
        | 1S - 4S; | 1C - 1H;2H - 4H;
 |
    1D - 1S;2H - 4H
 |  However, Fast
    Arrival (denying extra values) does not apply in auctions when partner has
    not limited their hand, as:

            | Opener not restricted | 2H is Fourth Suit Forcing | On 2/1, 2N is "Good Bad" | Forcing Opener with
 extra values
 | 3N jump after Inverted Minor |
            | 1C - 1H;1S - 3N;
 | 1D - 1S;2C - 2H;
 3N
 | 1S - 2C;2D - 2N
 | 2C - 2D;3S
 | 1C - 2C;3N
