Flip Flop - To preemptively reverse the meaning of 2N and a
Jump Raise when partner opens in a minor suit and opponents' call is a
double.  Thus, a response of 2 Notrump is preemptive and 3 in a minor
is invitational.  Conceptually, this approach allows the opening lead
to come through the unexposed Dummy when opener has a strong balanced hand
and chooses to Pass responder's 2N flip-flop bid.
