| Triple (Barco) Squeeze -  A squeeze
where the leader has two losers against one opponent who must guard three suits.
The defender in the unenviable position having to successively pitch winners
before the leader plays each suit, the first being played on the squeeze card.
Technically, the Triple Squeeze requires 2 one card menaces as well as a two
card menace - with sufficient entries.
